This Was Always a Family Home.

Walnut Lane Estate did not start as a hospitality business. It started as the place where Kat and Dave raised their family - five children, countless summers by the pool, crisp Taupō winters by the fire, and the kind of slow, generous living that a half-hectare of private grounds allows.

The scale of the home was always intentional. With a large family came a need for space - space to gather, space to retreat, and space to let everyone find their own rhythm without crowding each other. That same quality is what makes it work so well for guests today.

When the time came to share the property with others, Kat and Dave chose to do it properly. The operational systems are established, the local support team are experienced, and every booking receives personal communication - not an automated message, but a genuine response from the people who own the property and care about your stay unfolds.

They manage all guest communication from Tauranga. The property is in good hands on the ground, and guests consistently comment on the responsiveness, care, and willingness to accommodate the specific needs of large groups.
